Reservation Policies

• Payment for the in-parish two day retreat covers meals on Saturday (2) and Sunday (1), and all materials. Breakfast is not provided. You are expected to attend Saturday from 8am to 8:30pm and Sunday from 8am to 4pm.
• Payment for the overnight three day retreat covers all meals from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch, and all materials. You are expected to attend from 6pm Friday to 4pm Sunday.
• At certain times of the year weekends fill up fast, and your place on any weekend is not guaranteed until we receive your registration and payment. If you cannot afford the full cost of the weekend, you should ask the priest that referred you to Engaged Encounter to contact the registration couple. We do have a waiting list if the weekend is full when you register, click on “Contact Us” and let us know to add you to the list. If you must cancel or move to another weekend, please do so early enough so that the next couple on the waiting list may be allowed to attend the weekend.

Cancellation policy: If you request a cancellation more than 14 days before your scheduled weekend, your registration fee will be refunded minus a $50.00 administrative processing fee. If you cancel less than 14 days before your scheduled weekend, we are unable to issue a refund due to our agreements with venue and vendors.
